Usually, if I am writing a letter to a business it isn't a good thing. However, this case is different. I am VERY pleased with my dealings with SensualSalts.com and would like to share that.

I have placed many orders with this company and have had nothing but stellar service.  My orders arrived faster than I expected and have NEVER once been held up by a back order or lost on somebody's desk waiting to be packaged up.

I have been into bath salts for years and have seen products come and go.
